Michelle Teale has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to present. Michelle'smost recent role is as the VP of Accounting and Finance at Cosmetic Physician Partners, which they began in November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Finance at LeafLink from February 2020 to November 2022, and as the Director of Finance at Updater from March 2019 to February 2020. Additionally, Michelle worked as the Chief Accountant at Trov Inc. from January 2017 to March 2019. Michelle also has experience as an Experienced Manager at The Siegfried Group, helping clients in various industries such as financial services, oil & gas, manufacturing, media & entertainment, and retail. Michelle began their career as a Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP and an Accountant at Ernst & Young.

Michelle Teale earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Cape Town in 2004. Michelle then pursued a Master of Commerce degree in Accounting from the same university, which they completed in 2005. In 2009, Michelle obtained the Chartered Accountant certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
