Katie McCaslin has extensive work experience, with their earliest role being as a Property Manager for FirstWorthing (now Inland American Communities Group, Inc.) starting in 2001 until 2008. From there, they joined Greystar in 2008 as an Application Training Specialist until 2010. Their next role was with RealPage, Inc. where they held various positions from 2010 until 2022, the most recent of which was as VP, Product Management & Learning Solutions. Currently, they are a Senior Director, Talent Success at Cosm, where they started in 2023.

Katie McCaslin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas between 1999 and 2003.
