Joanne Truscott is currently working as the People Director at Cosegic, a leading compliance consultancy in the UK. With previous experience as the Group Head of HR at Falanx Cyber and the Head of HR at Eckoh, Joanne has a strong background in human resources management within the technology and security industries. Prior to this, Joanne has held HR roles at Somerbond, BHS, and Mothercare. Joanne holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from London Metropolitan University and is an Associate CIPD.
