Carolyn Zdenek is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Katena Products, Inc. since November 2016, Carolyn has also managed operations at Zdenek Engineering, LLC since January 2015. Prior roles include Director of the Advanced Manufacturing Organization at Zimmer and Director of Operations at Stryker Orthopaedics, where Carolyn progressed from Operations Manager to Production Planner/Manufacturing Engineer. Carolyn began a career at Schindler Elevator Corporation as an Engineer. An academic background includes an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
