Erin Murphy, CAM, currently serves as Regional Vice President of Property Operations at Corvias since 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Operations at Hunt Companies from 2014 to 2022, where supervision encompassed property operations for 14 multi-state conventional and military communities totaling 8,200 units. Erin Murphy also worked as Property Manager at Drucker + Falk, LLC from 2013 to 2014, managing two properties and overseeing marketing and budget adherence. Previous experience includes property management at Metropolitan Properties, Inc. from 2006 to 2013, where oversight included a large mixed-use complex in Chicago. Additionally, Erin held Regional Manager positions at PRG Real Estate (2000-2005) and H.A. Langer & Associates, LLC (1993-2000), managing diverse portfolios and developing operational improvements. Erin Murphy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from St. Ambrose University.
