Suvarna Vellanki has extensive work experience in software testing and quality assurance. Suvarna is currently working as a Software Test Manager at CorVent Medical Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Trane Technologies as a Senior Software Test automation Engineer from October 2016. In this role, they developed automation scripts, conducted manual testing, and actively participated in sprint planning and review meetings. Suvarna also served as a Software Product Test Lead from July 2022 to January 2023 at Trane Technologies.

Before joining Trane Technologies, Suvarna worked as a QA Analyst at Ditech Financial LLC from January 2016 to June 2016. Suvarna was responsible for developing SQL queries and scripts for data validation and performing data quality analysis.

Suvarna has also held the position of Technical Lead at Trane from June 2014 to January 2016. In this role, Suvarna collaborated with product planning engineers and team members to understand business processes. Suvarna created test procedure documents and review high-level functional test cases.

Suvarna started their career as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. in March 2006 and worked there until April 2010.

Suvarna Vellanki started their education by obtaining a Diploma in Electronics and Communication from Smt Tamma Kottama Redddy Polytechnic College from 1996 to 1999. Suvarna then pursued a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Sarada Jobs from 2000 to 2004. Afterward, they enrolled in the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) in Bengaluru, India, where they earned a Diploma in Embedded Systems Design from 2005 to 2006.

Recently, from 2020 to 2022, Suvarna attended the University of Minnesota, where they completed their Master of Science (MS) in Software Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications to further develop their skills. These include the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in August 2020, as well as the Certified Scrum Developer and Certified ScrumMaster certifications from the Scrum Alliance obtained in November 2017.
