Kim Bill, CAHRI, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Corto since September 2023. Previously, Kim held the position of Head of People & Culture at LEAP Dev, and served as Human Resources Lead at Domain, providing executive HR support during a significant organizational transition. Earlier roles include Regional Human Resources Director for APAC at TripAdvisor, where Kim directed the People Ops strategy, and Senior HR Client Partner at Lee Hecht Harrison, focusing on enhancing organizational capability during business transformations. Additional experience includes HR leadership positions at Trusted Media Brands, McGill University, and Flight Centre Limited.
