Brian Russell is currently serving as the Vice President of Development at Cortex Innovation District. Brian's educational background includes a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Poetry from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Creative Writing (Poetry) from Miami University.
