Guy Lanoue has over 20 years of experience in IT management and consulting, with a strong focus on virtualization and managed services. Currently serving as an Enterprise Account Manager at Cortex Genie Humain since November 2016, Guy also holds roles as Director of IT Operations and Solution Architect for Managed Services, where responsibilities include managing Air Canada's virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). Prior to this, experience includes serving as Services Relationship Manager for Eastern Canada at Citrix, where efforts were concentrated on maximizing customer investments in Citrix technologies. Earlier roles include project management and consulting positions at THConsultants Inc. and Bimcor, emphasizing system and infrastructure deployment, as well as expertise in Citrix and VMware technologies.
