David Feris has over 18 years of experience in telecommunications and network engineering. Currently serving as a netScaler expert at Cortex génie humain since January 2021, David previously worked at CGI as a Network Designer, where responsibilities included client partnership establishment, network requirement analysis, and documentation production. David also held positions at Aldea Solutions Inc. as an IP Network Specialist and Network Support Engineer, focusing on network design, optimization, and support. Earlier experience includes roles at DIVEO DE COLOMBIA as a senior project engineer and NOC engineer, and at Ericsson as a NOC engineer. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Santo Tomás.
