Rachel Holdren is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and human resources leadership. Currently serving as the Strategic Planning Manager at Corteva Agriscience since November 2024, Rachel previously held significant roles at the National Pork Board as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources, providing strategic HR leadership to the organization. Rachel’s experience at Corteva Agriscience includes positions such as U.S. Leader Support HR Team Lead, Global HR Policy & Seed Production HR Team Lead, and HR Manager focusing on compliance and policy during the company's spin-off. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc., where responsibilities included HR management and talent acquisition consulting. Rachel's career began with internships, including roles at the Iowa State Fair and Pella Corporation, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Iowa State University.
