With a robust background at Eli Lilly and Company spanning nearly two decades, Amy's roles included Global HR Leader and Business Partner, where responsibilities involved overseeing talent acquisition and HR transformation across various global divisions. Amy's extensive experience is supported by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Michigan, a Master's degree in Business Administration from Indiana University, and a certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from Cornell University.
