Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro (2017-2019), practicing as a Nutritionist at a private consulting office (2016-2019), and teaching university-level courses in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school (2016-2017).
