Sofia Kospanos has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Most recently, they worked at the CORTAC Group as a Senior Manager, Consulting Operations, where they efficiently managed consulting operations, including staffing, resource management, and client onboarding. Sofia also implemented improvements and addressed issues in work processes. Prior to that, Sofia was a Senior Business Operations Analyst at RG, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on pipeline data for the enterprise. Sofia also managed revenue projections and organized reviews with organization teams. Before joining RG, Sofia worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and as a Senior Program Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis. Additionally, they have previous experience as a Consultant and a Project Control Analyst at SM&A, where they worked on various assignments with different clients, including supporting the US Census 2010 contract and performing project management and finance functions.

Sofia Kospanos has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from George Mason University. Sofia also holds a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs/Humanities from Georgetown University. In addition to their degrees, Sofia has obtained certifications as a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) from the National Career Development Association and as a General Proofreader from Proofread Anywhere.
