Doug Steil is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and finance, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations at CORT since December 2010. Doug's responsibilities encompass oversight of operations and complete P&L accountability for the Western Region, including sales, logistics, and customer service. Doug's previous roles at CORT include Senior Vice President of Operations, Group Vice President, Area Manager, and Senior Finance Director, demonstrating a steady progression in leadership and financial management. Prior to CORT, Doug was the Owner/Operator of California RV, LLC and held executive financial positions at BowTie Inc. and Surfer Publications, Inc. Doug began their career as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche after obtaining a BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa.
