Brian Bleau is a Systems Engineer at Corso Systems since March 2022, specializing in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), databases, and software integrations. Previously, Brian owned From Here To There from July 2016 to May 2018, providing on-site catering and working closely with clients to tailor menus and marketing strategies. As a Sous Chef at Market District from October 2010 to April 2016, Brian managed a team of over 65 staff members, implemented inventory management systems that significantly reduced waste, and developed HAACP plans for regulatory compliance in catering. Brian holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Bradford School.
