Ray Santos has been working in the IT industry since 2009. Ray started as an IT Support Technician at ATM Network, then moved to Target Corporation as an IT Helpdesk Analyst in 2010. In 2015, they joined Globlue Technologies as an Intelligence | Counter Fraud | Cyber Security professional. In 2010, they also began working at Milestone Systems as a Technical Solutions Engineer- MCIT MCIE MCDE. Most recently, they were appointed as the Americas Presales Director at Corsight AI in 2022.

Ray Santos has a background in Information Technology and Computer Engineering. Ray obtained their degree in Information Technology from Metro State University and their degree in Information Systems from the University of Saint Thomas. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Milestone Certified Design Engineer, Milestone Certified Integration Engineer, Milestone Certified Integration Technician, Ethical Hacker, VCP-DCP, VCA - DCP, Agent VI Engineer Certified, CCNA, Axis Academy, Security + from various institutions.
