Eric Kumar has been in the engineering and customer success industry since 2008. Eric began their career as an Environmental Lab Intern at Northrop Grumman Technical Services in 2008. In 2009, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Penn State Materials Research Institute. In 2010, they were a Systems Engineering Intern at Allegion US. In 2011, they began working at Textron Systems as a Systems Engineer, where they were promoted to Lead Systems Engineer and Project Engineer. In 2015, they moved to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems and was a Project Engineer. In 2019, they joined BluVector, A Comcast Company in the role of Director of Customer Success and Solutions, Head of Customer Success, and Solutions Engineer. In 2022, they began working at Corsha as the Head of Customer Success.
Eric Kumar attended The Johns Hopkins University from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Science in Systems Engineering with a Concentration in Project Management. Eric also attended Penn State University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
