Joseph Chou has extensive work experience in various companies. Joseph is currently working as a Senior Engineering Project Manager at Corsair since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Sercomm as a Project Lead from October 2018 to February 2022, where they were responsible for responding to client RFPs and coordinating with their team to provide the best solutions. Before that, they worked at Pegatron as an NPI Program Manager from October 2014 to October 2018, where they managed the R&D team and ensured customer requirements were met. Joseph also coordinated with production and test departments. Joseph Chou's experience also includes working at Calcomp as a Deputy Chief Engineer from October 2012 to June 2014, where they conducted research and development of new products and implemented cost reduction measures. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Engineer at Motorola's Taiwan Technology Center from November 2004 to September 2012, where they led projects, conducted product failure analyses, and controlled schedules and costs. Joseph Chou started their career as a Microwave Engineer at Universal Microwave Technology, Inc. from June 2002 to April 2004, where they assisted customers, conducted electromagnetic simulations, and managed product development and production schedules.

Joseph Chou attended the National Tsing Hua University from 2012 to 2013, where they earned master credits in Financial & Marketing management. Before that, they studied English Language and Literature, General at Kaplan International, Inc. in 2004. Joseph Chou also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Optoeletronics Semiconductor from the Southern Taiwan University of Technology, which they obtained between 2000 and 2002. In addition to their formal education, Joseph Chou obtained a certification in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in July 2013.
