David Nguyen

Sr. Director, Ee/dram/vietnam Development Center & Memory Product Marketing at Corsair

David Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and responsibilities. Starting in 1995, they worked at Rambus as a Member of Technical Staff and Engineering Manager, focusing on Signal Integrity. David then progressed to become an Engineering Director in System Engineering, overseeing worldwide packaging, system engineering, and application engineering. During their time at Rambus, David successfully executed various memory subsystem designs for Digital TVs, DLP projectors, and STBs.

Following their tenure at Rambus, David joined SAVARTI in 2016 as the VP and Co-Founder. At SAVARTI, they were responsible for business development in Analog/Mixed-Signal design services and IP development, including DDR3/4, GPIO & LVDS, and memory compilers like TCAM and SRAM.

Most recently, David was Senior Director at Corsair, where they managed the EE/DRAM/Vietnam Development Center and Memory Product Marketing.

Throughout their career, David has held positions involving team management, program management, schedule and resource planning, customer interface, and technology evaluation. David has also collaborated with notable companies like Sony, Toshiba, IBM, NVidia, and Rambus cross-functional teams.

David Nguyen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1984 to 1986. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in EECS from Santa Clara University, completing their studies from 1986 to 1989.
