Sandrine Pagnani has extensive experience in customer service and operational quality, currently serving as Coordinatrice service Client and Chief Disruption Officer at Corsair since March 2009. Key responsibilities include ensuring the application of procedures, enhancing quality of customer experience, managing complex cases, and leading training initiatives for both internal teams and external partners. Pagnani played a pivotal role in the successful implementation of the ARDWEB project and contributed to Corsair receiving the "Service Client de l'Année" award in 2020. Prior to joining Corsair, Pagnani worked at Nouvelles Frontières Touraventures SA from March 2001 to March 2009 in various roles, including travel advisor and help desk support.
