Federica Verena Serrao is an experienced journalist currently serving as a Giornalista at Corriere del Ticino since March 2022, following a role as Redattrice praticante there from August to December 2021. Prior to this, Federica worked as an Assistente del responsabile del marketing at Corriere del Ticino and also served as a Student Research Assistant at USI Università della Svizzera italiana on the ViRe project from October 2018 to October 2021. In addition, Federica held various student research assistant positions at the University of Zurich, contributing to projects examining media use among children and adolescents. Federica has a Master's degree in Media Management and a Bachelor's degree in Scienze della comunicazione from USI Università della Svizzera italiana, complemented by early experience in editorial roles at L'universo.
