Ole Goethe is an accomplished Total Experience Designer at Toptal since 2022 and serves as Interim Chief Product Officer at Correlate. Ole holds several academic positions including Associate Professor at both Kristiania University College and Nord University, as well as roles as a Visiting Researcher at IdeasLab and Chalmers University of Technology. Additionally, Ole contributes as a Union Representative at Teknia and co-founded the Gamification Lab. Previous experience includes a directorial position at the Systems of Engagement Lab and a visiting professorship at Hyper Island. Ole's educational background includes an MFA in Motion Picture and a BFA in Character Animation from the Academy of Art University, an Executive Program in Project Management from BI Norwegian Business School, and a BSc in Multimedia Computing from the University of Westminster.
