Amanda Hill is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in various roles within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Adjunct Graduate Faculty in the School of Nursing at the University of Northern Colorado since May 2017, Amanda teaches Advanced Professional Roles and Healthcare Finance, alongside evaluating FNP clinical sites. As Medical Group Commander at the Colorado Air National Guard since June 2020, Amanda demonstrates leadership within military healthcare. Additionally, Amanda has contributed expertise as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Correctional Health Partners since December 2016 and has a long-standing career with the United States Air Force, where roles have included Chief Nurse and Clinical Nurse since September 2004. Prior to these positions, Amanda worked at Children's Hospital Colorado from March 2012 to May 2017 as a Pediatric Post Anesthesia Care Nurse. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Nursing Practice/Family Nurse Practitioner and a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing Science, both from the University of Northern Colorado.
