Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in business and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic body care products and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been working as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, a nutritionist at a private consultancy from February 2016 to 2019, and a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
