Monica Quinlan is a seasoned finance professional, currently serving as the Director of Corporate and Financial Services for the Town of The Blue Mountains since September 2024. Prior to this role, Monica has accumulated significant experience as Treasurer for the Corporation of the Town of Collingwood since January 2021 and as Treasurer for the Town of Wasaga Beach from July 2011 to April 2017. Additionally, Monica worked as an Associate at Part Time CFO Services from April 2017 to January 2021 and held various financial positions including Controller/Director of IT and Senior Financial Analyst at Schukra of North America between September 2000 and May 2011. An alumnus of the University of Windsor, Monica earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and has been a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) since October 2002.
