Samantha Egan Archambault serves as a Senior Staff Attorney at the Arizona Corporation Commission since October 2021, after previously holding the position of Legal and Regulatory Program Administrator at the Arizona Department of Economic Security. Additionally, Samantha has experience as a Law Clerk Associate at Ryan Rapp and Underwood, PLC, where responsibilities included developing ERISA plan forms and drafting legal motions. Prior to this role, Samantha completed a Law Clerk position at the USCIS Office of the Chief Counsel, focusing on benefit denial claims, and an internship with the Arizona Attorney General's Tobacco Enforcement Division. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, along with Honors in Philosophy from Arizona State University.
