Bob Gray has extensive experience in the field of public utilities, having served as Public Utility Manager and Executive Consultant at the Arizona Corporation Commission since November 2007. Prior to this role, Bob Gray worked at the same commission from 1990 to 2007 as a Public Utility Analyst and Economist. Academically, Bob Gray holds an M.A. in Geography from Arizona State University, completed in 1990, and a B.A. in Geography from the University of Minnesota Duluth, earned in 1988.
