Paul-Andre Rabate is the Founder and Managing Partner of Corporate Value Associates (CVA), a position held since April 1987. Prior to establishing CVA, Rabate served as a Partner at Strategic Planning Associates (now Oliver Wyman) from June 1985 to March 1987 and as Vice President at Mars and Co from 1979 to 1985. Rabate began a professional career as an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group in 1978. Rabate's academic background includes a Doctoral degree in Business Economics from Harvard University and multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including an Agregation in Maths from Ecole normale supérieure and two Master’s degrees in Engineering and Mathematics from École Polytechnique.
