Thomas Aledia is an experienced operations and logistics professional with a background in customer service and transportation management. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations & Logistics Solutions at Corporate Traffic Inc since 2012, Thomas has a proven track record in managing logistics operations. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at Sunteck Transport Group as a Night Operation Manager, where responsibilities included communication with carriers, rate negotiations, and problem-solving to ensure timely delivery of freight. Thomas began a career in customer service at Brinker International, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Academically, Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Transportation/Logistics from the University of North Florida and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Florida Community College at Jacksonville.
