Elyse Sharon has a strong background in account management and benefits consulting. Elyse began their career at The Segal Group in 1998, where they served as a Benefits Consultant. In this role, they managed relationships with multiemployer and public sector welfare, pension, and annuity fund clients. Elyse also played an active role in structuring carve-out prescription drug plans and monitoring the performance of Pharmacy Benefit Managers. Elyse led and managed various projects, including merger advisory and legal compliance.

In 2003, Elyse joined Marsh as an Account Manager.

Elyse currently works at Corporate Synergies as a Director of Account Management. Here, they manage a book of business and provides analysis for renewals of medical, dental, life, AD&D, and voluntary benefits for clients ranging in size from 100 to 1,000 lives. The analysis covers both self-funded and fully-insured bases.

Elyse Sharon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
