Jonathan Ruch has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Jonathan began their career as an Inventory Manager at WIS International in 2004, where they excelled in managing inventory projects and optimizing performance. Jonathan later took on various roles including Area Manager, where they managed daily operations and developed an in-depth understanding of clients' businesses and needs. In 2008, they worked as a Management Consultant at Titan Sports, implementing inventory control systems and improving inventory accuracy. In 2010, Jonathan returned to WIS International as a District Manager, overseeing regional operations, managing a large team, and achieving record-breaking sales growth. Finally, in 2016, they joined CPG Strategy & The Pace Network, starting as a Project Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Project Management. Jonathan'sresponsibilities included successfully managing projects and leading project teams. Throughout their career, Jonathan demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills.

Jonathan Ruch has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations, which they obtained from the University of Windsor in 2003. Jonathan is currently pursuing a Certificate of Professional Learning in Risk Management from McMaster University Continuing Education, with an expected completion in 2022. In addition, Jonathan has obtained certifications including the CRM Designation from the Global Risk Management Institute and Smartsheet Solution and Product Certified User certifications from Smartsheet.
