Dean Lopez is an experienced executive in real estate development and construction, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Corporate Office Properties Trust since May 2010. Prior to this role, Dean founded and led Projecture LLC as Managing Director, specializing in real estate project and development management. Dean also held the position of Senior Vice President of Development at LaSalle Hotel Properties, overseeing major development projects across the U.S. From July 1984 to March 2006, Dean was a Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, leading the firm’s real estate development services in the Mid-Atlantic region and successfully completing over 20 million square feet of projects. Dean holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Architecture from Penn State University.
