Radek Novak is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project management and development within the construction industry. Currently serving as the Head of Construction for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield since May 2012, Radek has held various titles including Senior Development Manager and Senior Construction Manager, overseeing significant projects such as the Centrum Cerny Most and Chodov Shopping Centre renovations in the Czech Republic. Prior experience includes a role as Construction Manager at Decathlon, where Radek managed construction projects across multiple countries, and as a Project Manager at GCC - Génie Civil et Construction, leading construction initiatives in Eastern Europe. Early career positions involved junior roles in cost management, contributing to foundational knowledge in budgeting and quantity surveying. Radek holds an Engineer's degree in civil engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague and attended Ecole des Ponts ParisTech.
