Bruce Hillman has worked in the facilities management field since 1998. Bruce began their career with ABM Industries as an Operating Engineer, where they were responsible for the general repair and preventative maintenance of a 352,000 sqft Data Center and Facility. In 2008, they moved to Johnson Controls as an O&M Shift Lead, managing a 220,000 sqft building. Bruce was responsible for day to day activities, PM program, managing all contractors, energy management system, and other duties. In 2014, they moved to RJ MECHANICAL INC as an O&M Shift Lead, where they managed the Operations and Maintenance of a 220,000 sqft office building. Bruce was responsible for day to day activities, PM program, managing all contractors, energy management system, and other duties. In 2019, they moved to Corporate Mechanical as a Facilities Manager.
Bruce Hillman graduated from Virginia High School in 1992 with a Diploma in General Studies. In 2014, they obtained a Lift Truck Operator certification from Coaching Systems - Performance Driven Training Solutions, and a Special Class Engineer - Boilers License from the State of Minnesota.
