Elizabeth Zaretsky is an experienced professional in education and biotechnology with a diverse background. Currently serving as a Testing Administrator at Pearson VUE Testing Center since August 2022, Zaretsky ensures a secure testing environment for candidates. In addition, Zaretsky has been a Substitute Teacher for Washoe County School District since September 2014 and a Youth Counselor for Corporate Kids Events, Inc. since June 2022, providing engaging activities for children during conferences. As a Mighty Mites Ski Team Coach at Palisades Tahoe since December 2021, Zaretsky teaches skiing and safety to young children. Previous roles include Seasonal Camp Lead Educator at The Discovery Museum, Adjunct Faculty at Truckee Meadows Community College, and various research positions in biotechnology at Novozymes, Synaptic Pharmaceuticals, Lederle Laboratories, and Lifebank Inc. Zaretsky holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from William Paterson University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Binghamton University.
