Marie Léger has been in the workforce since 1987. Marie began their career as Office Manager at Yoakum Psychological & Psychiatric Associates. Marie then moved to Halliburton in 2003, where they worked as a Benefit Specialist and Medical Leave Specialist. In 2014, they changed roles to become a Cord Blood Bank at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Most recently, Marie has been working as a Program Manager at Corporate Health Resources since 2019.

Marie Léger has attended Houston Community College. Marie also obtained a Certified Professional Disability Management certification in June 2008.
