Cheryl Mello has been working in the health care industry since 2004. Cheryl began their career at ProFitness Health Solutions as a Workers' Compensation Specialist. In the same year, they also began working at Take Care Health Systems in the same role. In 2014, they returned to Corporate Health Resources as a Workers' Compensation Specialist. In 2020, they were promoted to Nurse Case Manager at Corporate Health Resources.

Cheryl Mello earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Nursing from San Jose State University.
