Sergiy Bulavin, MBA, PhD is an accomplished corporate governance expert with extensive experience in advisory and executive roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Member of the Board at Corporate Governance Professional Association and Frianna Foods, as well as the Chairman of the Advisory Board at PentoPack and Agropartner LTD, Sergiy's expertise extends to general management, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Previous leadership roles include Chief Executive Officer of AgroGeneration and Non-Executive Vice President at SigmaBleyzer. Sergiy holds an MBA from Steinbeis University Berlin and a PhD in Commerce and Administration, specializing in Agriculture and Private Equity. Additionally, Sergiy has completed multiple certifications in corporate governance and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
