Peter Heydenrych has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking. Peter started their career as the Managing Principal at PHH from 1982 to 1988. Peter then served as the CFO at Direct Container Lines from 1988 to 1991. Currently, they are the Chairman and CEO of Corporate Finance Associates, a position they have held since 1991. Their extensive experience allows him to provide valuable insights to clients in areas such as international banking and mergers and acquisitions.

Peter Heydenrych attended the University of Cape Town from 1966 to 1970, where they obtained a degree in Chartered Accountancy with a focus on Finance and Accounting. Peter then pursued further education at the same university from 1971 to 1972, earning an MBA with a specialization in Finance.
