Stephanie Schmidt, AAP, CCUE, CUDE, CWCUL has been in the credit union industry since 2015. Stephanie began their career at Corporate Central Credit Union as a Member Services Representative, then moved up to Member Services Specialist and Manager of Member Services, where they were responsible for facilitating robust delivery of superior member service and proactive relationship development. Stephanie was also the primary support for electronic services, ACH services, and product/service implementation efforts, and provided vision and resources for aligning processes/procedures with the organization's mission, service/performance standards, and industry best practices and in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements. In 2020, Stephanie moved to Focus Credit Union, where they currently serve as Lead Member Service Representative.

Stephanie Schmidt attended Wisconsin Lutheran High School from 1997 to 2001, where they completed a Standard High School education. Stephanie holds certifications in AAP, CCUE, CUDE, and CWCUL.
