Gonzalo Meneses is currently working as the Subgerente de Gestion Humana at COFIDE. Prior to this, Gonzalo held similar positions at Corporación Aceros Arequipa, MEPSA - Metalúrgica Peruana S.A., and Dyno Nobel - Samex S.A. Gonzalo holds a Master Europeo de Direccion Estrategica del Factor Humano from EOI - España and a Licenciado en Administracion de Empresas from Universidad Católica de Santa María. Gonzalo also completed postgraduate studies in management and negotiation at UPC, CENTRUM PUCP, and EADA Business School.
