Nellie Akalp is an experienced entrepreneur with a strong background in business services and legal compliance for small business owners. As the CEO and Founder of Corpnet.com since January 2009, Nellie Akalp has focused on assisting clients with the necessary paperwork to establish and operate compliant businesses across the United States. Prior to this role, Nellie Akalp founded Akalp Enterprises, Inc. in December 2005, where operational oversight was the primary responsibility, and served as COO and Founder of MyCorporation Business Services, Inc. from January 1998 until November 2005, providing incorporation filing services to small businesses. Early career experience includes a sales associate position at IMagnin from 1989 to 1990. Nellie Akalp holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of LaVerne, College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Marketing from California State University, Northridge.
