Ingrid Mallillin has a strong background in customer service and leadership roles. Ingrid started their career at Sitel as a Customer Service Apprentice in December 2010 and was promoted to Subject Matter Expert in August 2012. In September 2014, they moved to Sitel Philippines and served as a Customer Service Supervisor for almost two years. Currently, they are working as a Team Lead at CorpAxe, starting in August 2016.
Ingrid Mallillin attended Trinity University of Asia from 2005 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
