Joe Scarano has been working in the professional field since 2004. Their first job was as Head Baseball Coach at Gordon College in 2004. Joe then held the position of Assistant Baseball Coach at Niagara Power Baseball in 2007, The University of Tennessee at Martin in 2007, and Three Rivers Community College- MO in 2010. In 2009, they worked as Head Basball Coach at Front Royal Cardinals. From 2014 to 2016, Joe Scarano was employed at Arbonne as Scarano LLC. During this time, they also worked as a 6th Grade Science Teacher at River Oaks Middle School from 2016 to 2022. In 2022, they began working at Coro as an Account Executive. Additionally, they held the role of Business Development Manager at Motivationeer Christian Coaching from 2016 to 2022, which included responsibilities such as advertising, marketing, public speaking bookings, webinar management, corporate contracts, new client acquisition, content development and management, certified professional coaching, new product development, alliance relationship management, and process diagrams, drawings, schematics, etc.

Joe Scarano obtained a Master's degree in Education from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2009, and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Salem State University in 2002. In 2016, they obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot. Joe also holds an Elementary Education K-6 Teacher certification from the South Carolina Department of Education.
