Alina Rabinovich is a Human Resources professional with experience in both specialist and managerial roles. Alina is currently employed as a Human Resources Specialist at Coro, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they worked at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. from 2014-2022, where they held the role of Human Resources Manager & HRBP. In this role, they were responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, welfare production of 45 corporate events on the order of 500 people on average, and building job profiles, publishing, locating and developing recruitment. Alina was also responsible for training and development and led the project to establish an "organizational academy" at a cost of 65,000$. Prior to this, they held the role of Human Resource Coordinator at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc.
