Sylvia Aguilar serves as a Women in Leadership Fellow at Coro Northern California, where efforts focus on empowering women-identifying professionals to enhance leadership skills and build supportive networks. Prior to this, Sylvia has held the position of Chief Operating Officer at California Community Builders since October 2014, working to address the racial wealth gap through research and advocacy aimed at promoting housing and homeownership. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
