Omar L. serves as the Civic Leadership Director at Coro Northern California since August 2023, focusing on fostering engagement through training and experiential programs that address social challenges in the Bay Area. Previous roles include Senior Management Analyst at Sacred Heart Community Service, where Omar coordinated research and program design, and Fellow in Public Affairs at Coro Northern California. Omar’s experience extends to data analysis at Minneapolis Public Housing Authority, special projects at Social Impact Strategies Group, and community engagement at Nexus Community Partners. With a Master's in Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, Omar possesses a strong background in leadership, program evaluation, and civic engagement initiatives.
