Martha Hogge is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR functions, currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Digital and IT at Corning Incorporated since May 2011. Martha has held multiple roles, including HR Manager for HR Office & People Strategy Projects, where leadership in hiring and rotational programs was emphasized. As a strategic partner to senior IT executives, Martha has led global HR processes for significant employee populations and co-developed mentoring programs for emerging female leaders. Previous roles include consultancy projects in IT service delivery and corporate law, as well as contributions to organizational redesign and employee engagement initiatives. Martha holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from East Carolina University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Miami University.
