Dan T. Nguyen is a highly experienced optical scientist and academic with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Optical Scientist at Corning Incorporated since February 2017, Dan also holds the position of Adjunct Research Professor at the University of Arizona since 1998. Previous roles include Associate Research Professor, Principal Modeling and Design Scientist at NP Photonics Inc., and Lecturer at Hue University. Dan's research interests encompass a wide array of topics including fiber lasers and amplifiers, optical computing, nonlinear optics, and biosensing technologies. Dan's international experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at The University of Tokyo and work as a Research Scholar in Germany.
